3. Booking and Appointments

When you book a service through our website or by phone, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will confirm your appointment via email or phone. Same-day or next-day service is subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the volume and type of items to be removed. Free estimates are provided on-site before work begins. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if the scope of work changes.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated. No credit card is required for free estimates.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Prohibited Items

We cannot remove the following items due to safety, legal, or environmental regulations:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, paint, oil, gasoline)
• Medical waste or biohazards
• Explosives or ammunition
• Radioactive materials
• Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If you are unsure whether an item can be removed, please contact us before booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the items to be removed
• Ensure that all items are your property or that you have authorization to dispose of them
• Notify us of any hazardous or prohibited items before our arrival
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the service
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment for our team

8. Liability and Insurance

Strauss Junk Solutions & Hauling is fully licensed and insured. We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to property
• Damage caused by hidden defects or conditions
• Items left behind or not identified for removal
• Loss or damage to items after they have been removed from your property

Our liability is limited to the actual cost of the service provided. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Environmental Commitment

We are committed to eco-friendly practices. We make every effort to donate, recycle, or properly dispose of items in accordance with local regulations. However, we cannot guarantee that all items will be recycled or donated.

10. Intellectual Property
